In an emergency, every second counts.
That’s why members of the Shields Asphalt Paving Team took time this week to learn to recognize and respond to medical emergencies.
The course was taught by representatives of The American Red Cross at Northern Tier Regional Library. It included hands on lessons in CPR and wound care.
